The Institute of Applied Psychology, organized the Pre-Defense Seminar of Ms. Syeda Narjis Sherazi, Ph.D. candidate in Applied Psychology, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Najma Najam.
Her dissertation titled “Role of Criminal Social Identity, Healthy Thinking Patterns, Coping Strategies, and Positive Interpersonal Relations in Affecting Probationers’ Rate of Recidivism and Desistance” was presented on 7th October 2025.
The session provided valuable insights into psychological and social factors influencing behavioral change among probationers, reflecting IAP’s commitment to advancing research excellence.
